DEI is proud to have been part of transforming this historic 10 story bank building into 91 luxury apartments. Being that it was the first high rise to be built in Manchester in 1912, DEI Systems has was faced with many challenges due to its unique architecture. Despite these challenges, and an aggressive schedule, DEI was able to work closely with Northpoint Construction Management in order to transform this historic gem into the state of the art Luxury Apartment Building that it is today. 875 Elm Street has also been built with the capability of housing up to 6 commercial tenants on the ground floor, alongside its fully equipped gym and lounge area that is available to tenants.
