Our Team

Julia Santos is the Senior Controller at DEI Systems. With deep experience in financial operations, Julia plays a central role in managing the company’s accounting processes and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. She oversees key functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, compliance, and inventory management. Her strong attention to detail and thorough understanding of the DEI Systems operations make her an essential part of the team. Julia’s broad skill set and dedication continue to support the company’s financial health and overall success.

Education/Training: Julia graduated from Middlesex Community College with an associates degree in Business. Her career started at Wang Labs working in the payroll department and over the years she has worked for a handful of companies doing office administration, payroll, human resources, accounts payable & receivable and financial reporting.

Personal: Julia enjoys gardening, playing golf, cooking & spending time with family & friends. She also enjoys traveling, especially to West Palm Beach, Florida where she has a second home.

Kevin Delaney is the owner and original co-founder of DEI Systems. As President of DEI Systems, Kevin is responsible for overseeing the entire operation including, but not limited to, strategic and financial planning, marketing, preconstruction, business development, project engineering/design, and philanthropy.

Education: Kevin graduated & obtained a bachelor’s degree in 2002 from Fitchburg State University in the field of business administration with a specialization in marketing. He currently holds a Journeyman and Masters license in Massachusetts as well as Masters licenses in New Hampshire, Maine & Vermont. He also holds a Class S Security license in Massachusetts. Kevin is certified and trained in AutoCAD. Safety certifications include OSHA-10 and OSHA-30, and OSHA Confined Space standard 29 CFR 1910.146 certified.

Personal: Kevin enjoys traveling and spending time with his family at home and in Cape Cod. Also, coaching his daughters travel soccer teams, and is an avid multi sports fan.

Kyle Stewart is the Director of Operations at DEI Systems. In this role, he helps keep the company running smoothly across all areas—from project execution to internal operations. With a strong background in Project Management and Electrical Design, Kyle brings a practical, hands-on approach to leadership, making sure teams stay on track and deliver quality work. Kyle’s impact goes far beyond day-to-day operations. He plays a key role in everything from IT and Logistics to HR and Marketing. Whether it’s solving problems on the fly, supporting the team, or helping shape big-picture strategies, Kyle is involved in just about every corner of the business. His ability to wear many hats and bring people together makes him a core part of what drives DEI Systems forward.

Education: Kyle attended Middlesex Community College where he studied business. He holds Journeyman and Master Electrical Licenses in both Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Kyle has also obtained multiple certifications in 2d/3d AutoCAD, Card Access Design, Card Access Programming, Video Surveillance Design, Video Surveillance Programming, EV Charging Solutions and Fire Alarm Programming.

Personal: Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, whether its hanging around the house or taking the RV out camping. In his free time he is always looking for a new project to work on or create covering anything from woodworking to robotics.

Michael Simmons is the Vice President at DEI Systems. As Vice President, his responsibilities involve revenue generation, analyzing financial reports, attracting, retaining & motivating staff. He is also responsible for ensuring productive client relationships and partnerships for the benefit of DEI Systems. Michael also oversees large and special projects, as well as all Project Executives and Managers.

Education/Training: Mike attended Worcester State University before getting started in the electrical field in 1999. He has worked in all aspects of the trade including as an apprentice through a foreman in the field to estimating, project management and operations management in the office. Mike has held numerous licenses and certifications throughout his career including journeyman and masters licenses, OSHA 10, CEM and AutoCad certifications.

Personal: Mike enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, camping, fishing and golf. He also loves family time, and watching his daughter on the softball fields in the summer, as well as son in the hockey rinks in the winter. Mike is an avid Boston sports fan, especially following the Bruins and Patriots.

It really is a team effort to achieve success and I am proud to be a part of the DEI family."

As Director of Preconstruction at DEI Systems, Caillin leads the strategic planning and execution of all preconstruction activities. She brings a collaborative approach to managing estimating, scheduling, and early-phase project planning. Caillin works closely with business development, marketing and project teams on proposals and client presentations. She also oversees subcontractor and vendor engagement, aligning pricing and scope while driving value engineering initiatives that enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Education: Caillin graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2007 with a BS in Architectural Engineering. She currently holds her Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License in Massachusetts.

Personal: Caillin enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, whether it’s coaching their soccer teams or cheering from the sidelines at their baseball games. In her free time, she enjoys running and reading.

In my own words: “After more than a decade of collaborating with DEI Systems in a general contractor/subcontractor capacity, I am thrilled to officially join the team. My long-standing respect for the company and its people makes this transition a natural and exciting step in my career.”

David Garcia is a Senior Project Manager for DEI Systems. As a senior PM , he is responsible for planning day to day project operation, coordinating material, project finances, enforcing weekly project plans, and attending meetings and schedule coordination in representation of the company. David’s major strength is managing several moving parts simultaneously.

Education/Training: David Served 8 years in the Army National Guard where he was trained as a Military Police Officer and obtained an Associate’s degree in 1998 from Middlesex Community College in the field of Criminal Justice during his time in the military. He completed Electrical Journeyman Program in the evenings through Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School. David is trained in AutoCAD through Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Personal: David enjoys road tripping and spending time with his family up in the mountain and lakes regions of New England whether it’s hiking a 4000’+ mountain, snowboarding, or kayaking. He is also an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast.

Matt Long is the Logistics/Property Manager for DEI. He works as a liaison with field employees to deliver equipment and supplies to the job site. He also manages the overall maintenance of the building, grounds, warehouse, and DEI vehicles.

Personal: Matt enjoys spending time with his wife , beautiful daughter and family. He also enjoys doing home improvement projects and working on trucks in his spare time.

Mike Fay is a Senior Estimator at DEI Systems.  Mike is responsible for preparing detailed estimates based on cost, time, materials, labor and equipment as well as providing accurate bid proposals to our clients in a timely manner.

Education: Mike graduated & obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Westfield State College in 2010.  He also completed a Certificate in Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2014.  He currently holds a Journeyman license in Massachusetts.

Personal: Mike loves being a dad.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.  He is an avid fan of the Boston Bruins.

Robert Pasquariella Jr is a Project Manager at DEI Systems. As a Senior PM he organizes and coordinates the successful execution and completion of our awarded projects. To achieve these tasks involves creating schedules to meet deadlines and milestones of a project set forth by our valued customers. He is also responsible for monitoring the financial health of all his projects, customer relations as well as the moral of our skilled employees.

Bob's strength is his focused approach toward motivating staff to coordinate and delegate organization for the success of our projects.

Education: Bob, a second-generation electrician, received his training in the electrical field at Medford Vocational Technical Highschool. He currently holds a Massachusetts Journeyman Electrical license with many years of experience managing and estimating all types of electrical projects. He has several certificates in safety, OSHA 10, Confined Space, MSHA, Bucket Truck, Scissor Lift and Fork Trucks. Other certifications include ConEst, Maxwell Estimation and Trimble Accubid estimating software's. Proficient in CF Data, ServMAn and Sage 300, ERP software's.

Personal: Bob enjoys golfing, traveling, family dinners, and hosting friends and family at his home to watch football and hockey games.

As an Assistant Project Manager, Matt draws on his hands-on experience as both an Apprentice and a Journeyman Electrician. This background gives him a strong understanding of field operations, allowing him to tailor his project management approach to meet the needs of both the project and the crews executing it.

Education/Training: Matt began his career in the electrical field shortly after graduating from Winnacunnet High School in 2019. He enrolled in the New Hampshire School of Mechanical Trades and later completed his training through Advanced Technical Schooling. He holds a Journeyman Electrician License in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, and is OSHA-10 certified.

Personal: In his free time, Matt enjoys staying active and spending time outside. He likes to be creative through hands on projects and writing and recording music.

DEI Systems Culture: “I joined the team at DEI at the start of 2025, eager to better myself as a skilled technician in the field and pursue this career to its fullest, and I have not been disappointed. I personally believe that with enough hard work and dedication, you can achieve absolutely anything you set your mind to, and I am happy to see that mindset supported by everybody throughout this company. Billie is a business professional for DEI Systems.  Billie is ready and willing to do whatever the company needs of her and especially in the marketing campaign. 

Education/ Training: Billie is currently enrolled in the Auntie Dog Training Center in Tewksbury, MA. She was home schooled previously. House trained from 2022-23……mostly.

Personal:  Billie enjoys following her owner around the house. Eating, Sleeping, Chewing things. Chasing Squirrels, playing with children and her best dog friend Axel. She hates the car so getting her to the office is a challenge.

DEI Systems Culture: “DEI Systems allows me to work on what I do best. Overall, I am pretty lazy, so it’s helpful that I only work for room and board. My span of attention is also pretty low, so the firm keeps things pretty light, which is perfect for me. From sniffing out new marketing strategies, fetching new ideas on how to strategically plan, to digging up new safety messages, I am always available to whatever is needed to ensure DEI Systems remains the top dog in the electrical industry.”

Corey A. Harwood is a Project Manager at DEI Systems. In his role, Corey facilitates the contract, scheduling, materials, production, and workflow of electricians across a variety of construction projects. Drawing from over two decades of hands-on industry experience—8 years as an electrician and 14 years as a General Contractor—Corey brings a deep, field-driven understanding of project execution and team coordination. His leadership style emphasizes practicality, communication, and precision in managing every aspect of the job from concept to completion.

Education/ Training: Corey’s education comes directly from the field, having spent years developing his skills and knowledge through real-world application. A third-generation electrician, he continues his family’s proud tradition in the trades. His background as both an electrician and general contractor has equipped him with a broad perspective on construction management and field operations.

Personal: Originally from the West Coast, Corey relocated in 2022 and now calls New Hampshire and the greater New England area home. His hobbies include construction, automotive collection and maintenance, and spirited driving.

Alex Robertson is the Assistant Controller at DEI Systems. She assists in financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and month-end closing. She specializes in preparing accurate financial statements and conducting comprehensive analysis reports. With her strong attention to detail, Alex aims to ensure compliance and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions

Education: Alex has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Sports Management from Alvernia University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also received her Master of Business Administration degree from Alvernia University. During her time at Alvernia University, she was a member of Delta Mu Delta and Lambda Sigma honor societies, as well as a member of the Women’s Ice Hockey team.

Personal: Alex enjoys playing hockey and is a coach with Beverly Youth Hockey. She also enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.

I’m excited to continue to learn and grow in my role while utilizing my background in accounting and finance to make a meaningful impact. I enjoy tackling challenges, finding efficiencies, and contributing to the success of the team. My goal is to combine my experience with a passion for continuous improvement to help the organization thrive.

Education/Training: Michael graduated from Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School in 2023 from the electrical program, He went on to work in the field as an apprentice electrician before transitioning into the office as an Estimator.

Personal: Michael is a car enthusiast that also enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.

DEI Systems culture: “One of my shop teachers told me I would be a good fit at DEI for Shawsheen’s CO-OP Program for Junior’s and Seniors, and I should go for an interview. With my teachers advice, I went and got the job. I have been working for DEI for a little over 2 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The employees in the field and office are some of the friendliest people I have met”.

Paul Elwell is the Director of Finance at DEI Systems.  As Director of Finance, Paul focuses on producing accurate forecasts and analysis of the company’s Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows.  Paul manages the company’s financial operations and is responsible for the integrity of all financial reporting.

Education: Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, from Bryant University.  Additionally, Paul holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University.  At both universities, Paul graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma international business honor society for AACSB-accredited schools.

Personal: Paul loves spending time with his wife and three kids.  Paul enjoys staying active by running, playing basketball, and golfing.  He is an enthusiastic Boston sports fan.
